Our chalet is a renovated "Walzer" style barn. We are a Belgian family with 3 children and a dog and love this remote quiet place in the Valsesia valley. We enjoy hiking in the mountains or just walking in the valley or swimming in the river that passes by on the back of our house. We love skiing in the nearby "Monte Rosa" or "Alpe di Mera" Ski domains (15 or 10 minutes respectively by car) and enjoy cooking with local produce savoring local wines (Gattinara, Ghemme, Barbaresco, Barolo, ...)

"La casetta nel bosco" è un ambiente immerso nel verde dei castagni e dei tigli, per "ascoltare la natura che parla" ma anche la musica (casse acustiche in ogni piano, anche all'aperto) e lasciarsi cullare da momenti di vita lenta, semplice, autentica. Si trova in un piccolo villaggio alpino da cui si parte per raggiungere altri villaggi e località, a piedi e in auto. Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

Flat in the heart of nature - Peace & Relax

Our flat is located in a hamlet of the nearby village, just 8km from Biella. It is part of a renewed farmstead, right in the middle of woods and meadows. The flat is on the ground floor and has its own entrance (separated from the rest of the house). In front of the flat there is a courtyard, with a gazebo and barbecue, where our dog lives (she is very friendly). In the morning you might be awoken by the rooster and hens singing.
