This cosy 1 bedroom flat is situated in a conservation area in the old Peterhead Town Centre and forms part of a traditional looking area. Ideally located near all the central amenities such as pubs, restaurants and cinema. This property would be suited for solo travellers or couples passing round the North East Coastal Route past the ‘Bullers of Buchan’ and local beaches which are the perfect viewing spot for the Aurora Boreallis on a clear night. The chalet is a private, secluded and rustic place with plenty parking beside it for other Airbnb guests. For the colder months there is a woodburning stove with free firewood. It is situated half way between Stonehaven (10mins) and Aberdeen (20mins), there are supermarkets nearby & many tourist attractions. Ideal for couples or families with 1 or 2 children, cot available. Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese, an excellent Morrisons Daily shop and a Zero Waste shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

Beautiful seaside cottage with spectacular views

The cottage has spectacular views, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). A small enclosed yard to the rear and a bench and parking area to the front. Included in the price is electricity and heating, a basket of logs and kindling for the log burning stove in the cottage, cupboard items such as tea, coffee. There is a smart tv, should you wish to use it (the view is the best tv!) and WiFi. The house is a traditional fishing cottage in a quiet village situated on the NE250 route.

We are located in the peaceful countryside, 5 minutes from Cruden Bay village and its beach & renowned golf course, 10 minutes from Peterhead, 15 minutes from Ellon and 40 minutes from Aberdeen.

Also, right on the doorstep of this unique property is the World Famous Championship Golf Course featuring a par 70 Links Course.
