Welcome to "No Wake Zone Villa" located on Perdido Key, Florida. Beautiful waterfront condo located on the Intracoastal waterway with a semi-private beach. Perdido Key is a coastal community located between Pensacola, Florida and Orange Beach, Alabama. No more than a few hundred yards wide in most places. Perdido Key stretches some 16 miles, with 60% of it located in federal or state parks-making it one of the last remaining unblemished stretches of wilderness on the Gulf of Mexico.

Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
