The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. Quiet walks direct from the door and various beaches are just a 10 - 15 minute car journey - with the famous surfing beach of Porthtowan just 10 minutes away. The cottage is just a short stroll from our good village pub.
