This unique space is a walk-out apartment attached to our newly built home. It is set on a working family farm in beautiful Penns Valley. We raise 100% grass fed beef along with some chickens and pigs. We use sustainable farming practices, and are invested in renewable solar and geothermal sources. The breathtaking view is the reason our lovey modern home sits on its southernly exposed hill - inviting plenty of natural light! We offer comfort, solitude & relaxation as well as activity and fun.

The house has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private bath. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a coffee/tea cart in the hall with a Keurig K-cup machine, cups, spoons, forks, knives and snacks. There is also a small refrigerator and microwave oven. There is NOT a kitchen. The refrigerator will have complimentary bottled water and half & half. Please let me know if you would like something else in the fridge, like milk or heavy cream for your coffee/tea.

This is a private studio with it's own private entrance and space for your convenience. Walk to downtown centre hall and grab a slice from the delicious Brother's Pizza. The log house will give you all the old home cabin feels with all of the modern conveniences. The house is located 30 miles from Penn State, 10 miles from Greenwood Furnace and 25 miles from Raystown Lake.
