This newly updated condo is perfect for your next beach vacation. A convenient central location between Rehoboth/Dewey and Lewes Beaches. You can walk to the neighborhood pool. Stylish, clean and comfortable, the unit has two bedrooms, one on either side of the kitchen, an ideal layout for privacy for two couples or a family. Each bedroom has it’s own full bathroom. The screened in porch has a view full of trees. Located right off of Route 1, 3.6 miles from downtown Rehoboth and the boardwalk.

East of Route 1, equidistant to both Rehoboth & Dewey beaches, about 1/2 mile easy bike/walk. Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster convection oven/air fryer for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). Fully equipped kitchen, AC, fireplace, community outdoor pool, jogging/hiking path, 9 hole golf course. NON-SMOKING UNIT. Enjoy dinner and drinks on the enclosed rear porch and take in the view. 5 miles to Bethany Beach, 12 miles to Ocean City, 17 miles to Rehoboth Beach. I will allow one dog and the pet fee is $200.

Bright small space, attached to main house, but has it's own entrance. Room has a queen bed, full bathroom with tub, Keureg style coffee maker, mini fridge; live plants in room, 7 min drive to Bethany Beach. View and access to backyard seating, chimnea, No WIFI, no TV. Beach gear available.There is no access to or from main house, but some muffled noise can be heard during the day, including a small dog. Self check in with a key, but no late check in, please, ty!
