My Family Home was built in 1947 in a quaint Neighborhood across from a Park. Small Town with Unique little shops, restaurants.Only a short ride to Thomasville GA that has Award winning Dinning and Boutiques as well as Department Stores. I have my personal belongings there, pictures, clothes etc if this is an issue please don’t rent my home. Also, one of the bathrooms in located in the yellow room. Not normal I know, but this is how my father designed it, he thought it was cool. You may not.

Ode to Easy is located in the sweetest historic town of Moultrie, GA less than 1/2 a mile from downtown and the Moss Farms Diving facility. Fully renovated with great intention, this stand alone cottage is cozy, clean, and the perfect space for you to steal away for the night or stay awhile. A few blocks from the park and within walking distance to downtown, you will have access to Moultrie's downtown eateries and scenic views like the Great Tree and the beautiful Courthouse.

It’s just a short drive to Thomasville, Tallahassee and Bainbridge, and within minutes of several local motocross facilities. It features a small office for your convenience. It is adjacent to Loblolly - Two, if traveling with a group. Within walking distance, there is a bar, restaurant, convenience store and liquor store.

This is the most elegant and tranquil 1250 Sq ft. of pure comfort! It features a library quiet central smart H & A. system (not a window air) can be set to 70 in the summer and 68 in the winter. The Honey House has lots of room to relax and have fun. It’s a 4 bedroom 2 bath home. You can gaze upon our beautiful pond while enjoying that morning coffee. Conveniently Located between TIFTON (19 minutes away) and Moultrie (17 minutes). Then you can end the day with an amazing southern sunset as you sit and watch on that same porch.

Richie was the visionary of Gin Creek and Doug was the builder. They were a great team together and worked side-by-side daily until Richie’s untimely passing away on June 12, 2015. Doug continues the day-to-day operations of Gin Creek Plantation and Gin Creek Vineyards & Winery

Taylor's Place

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Taylor's Place is a large house with plenty of room! There is also a fenced in dog pen in case you have a furry friend with you. Large screened in front porch and side patio with grill!
