House at the Ria

'House at the Ria' is located in the green resort of Pedras d’el Rei. Staying here means you’re right by 'Ria Formosa', a long course of sea water with the most wonderful and remote beaches in the Algarve. Here you have all you need only 10 minutes walking distance: restaurants, supermarket, kids club, tennis court, and even a cosy piano bar, located around the swimming pools of the resort, with free daybeds and a lifeguard. It’s the only place near Tavira where you can just walk to the beach!

The Warehouse - Industrial Loft has an 'industrial' style, it consists of 2 floors (ground floor and 1st floor). The ground floor has 2 patios, an open-plan living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower. The 1st floor has 1 open-plan bedroom with a mezzanine (with living area with desk) and a bathroom with shower. Very central location, 500m from the Marina. Quiet street with restaurants very close by. There is a house under construction next door that may cause noise during the day.

This lovely villa is located in one of the best holiday resorts in Algarve embraced by Ria Formosa Natural Park. The place is relaxing, calm, family-friendly with full of green areas and all facilities like restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket, swimming pool, tennis and much more. In 5 min by foot you can get to Tavira island. There is a free mini-train service to Barril Beach (you need to show your resort card which you will get at check in). The beach is one of the best in Portugal.

Villa Palmeira - Spacious villa for 6 people

The villa in Luz de Tavira is located in a rural area and surrounded by typical Portuguese houses, greenery and close to the highway, making it a good base for exploring the region. Within walking distance is a local food market, cafes, pharmacy and an ATM. Renting a car is highly recommended, we have a double carport, free parking on the property and the villa is fully fenced & closed off with a gate. The whole property, house and swimming pool are private (our pool is not heated)
