Η Villa Callista είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό 131 τ.μ. χτισμένο πριν 200 χρόνια στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Fanariotatika. Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. Είναι το πρώτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του Neradu house και περιβάλλεται από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2020-2021 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.

The studio is located in the village of Lakka in the northern part of Paxos Island. Lakka is a small picturesque port 2 mins away. There are also two wonderful beaches about 5 mins on foot. In 2-3 mins on foot you can find taverns, cafes, tourist shops, super / mini market, ATM etc. Guests will need to climb about 25 steps to reach the apartment. For this reason it is not recommended for people with mobility issues.

It has been built in the previous century and renewed during the late years , without losing it's old character and architecture. A quiet place in the middle of olive trees. The apartment is located just 500 meters from the center of Gaios (an 8–10 minute uphill walk or 1 minute by car) and approximately 1.5 km from the main port (15–20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car).
