Settled on the far corner of a very quiet loop street, the house is in a most ideal location, providing both privacy and proximity to Dordt and downtown businesses. The coffee bar and patio area are shared spaces. Outside you will enjoy a beautiful fenced in area with comfy patio furniture and big screen TV. There is a grill available as well.

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

Enjoy a moment of rest in our Schoolhouse! The Schoolhouse is located just out of town and North of Sioux Center (IA). Within 5 minutes, you will be in town where you can find several grocery stores (Fareway, Walmart and Hyvee), a nice indoor mall with a Dutch bakery for a great breakfast, an indoor/outdoor swimming pool ' Siouxnami waterpark', and Dordt University. About 1 hour drive from Sioux Falls Regional Airport and 2 hours from Omaha airport.

If you're looking to put a little farm in your city recreation, you might want to consider staying at Bill's Cabin, and play a few rounds at the Primghar Golf and Country Club.
