The Lockly house is a newly renovated and fully furnished three bedroom house. Furnished with family in mind, enjoy wi-fi, 3 smart tvs, fully stocked kitchen, hardwood floors throughout and washer and dryer available in house. One bedroom on the main floor, two bedrooms on the second floor. The third bedroom is furnished as a media room for an extra living space to spread out. Can accommodate up to 8 guests. The Lockly house was built in 1910. Within 30 minutes of Fort Wayne, IN and Lima, OH.

The built in shelves, drawers, chef's kitchen, designated work area and ample closet space make it ideal for a longer term rental. The bedroom has a queen bed. The pull out sofa provides another queen sleep space. This is a pet free/smoke free environment.

The General's Quarters

Welcome to your home away from home! The General's quarters is a flat in vibrant and growing Northwest Ohio. Centrally located near the conveniences of the northside of Defiance near the College, restaurants, and shops. Also just off of US 24 which puts you in some great larger cities with just a short drive. Themed with the rich history of how Defiance came to be through General Anthony Wayne's defiance of the "English, Indians and all the Demons of Hell" shortly after the Revolutionary War.

A farmhouse suite welcomes you! Enjoy a stay in a large private guest suite on the 2nd floor of our historic farmhouse. You'll enjoy a relaxed haven that feels like the country, inside the city! Only 5 minutes from shopping, parks, trails, restaurants, library and 15 minutes from downtown. Enjoy park-like setting, use of pool during Summer (shared), and large yard. 2nd bedroom available for add'l $. We will rotate pool use if other guests are here. No pool parties. Recently remodeled Downtown Suite is a classic turn of the century American Four Square. Located in the West Central neighborhood within easy walking distance of the convention center, library and entertainment outlets. The Suite is a private apartment with a private entry located within the owners home - there is no kitchen there is a small fridge, micro, coffee maker. Blocks from Embassy, Convention Ctr, Parkview Field, Electric Works, St. Joe Hosp, Landing, Henry's, Ruth Chris’s, library

The Granary

The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. No parties or events per AirBNB policy. **IMPORTANT: 1 queen size bed on the first floor The other beds are open lofts visible to each other and accessible by very STEEP stairs.

Carriage House near Downtown

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.
