Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

There is free on-site parking with a private driveway secured with an automatic gate. Our garage apartment is on a quiet street in the beautiful neighborhood of Garden Oaks, just north of the Heights. It is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and parks. It is 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from NRG park and the Medical Center. You’ll love my place because it is brand new (built in 2015), clean, there is plenty of natural light and it has a full kitchen and washer and dryer. This is an ideal location for couples or business travelers.

We are adults only shared backyard, clothing optional where you can enjoy our outside palapa with full kitchen, cooktop, fridge, commercial ice maker, Weber gas grill, gas fireplace, fire pit with seating area, 12 person heated spa, optional heated pool, outdoor bathroom with hot/cold shower. Inside your private casita with full kitchen, queen pillow top mattress. There is only 2 guests in your unit. No additional guests allowed.

The Nook (Guest Suite/Secondary Unit)

This space is completely private. You don’t share any common areas. The room A ( 12x14 ) includes its own bed, private bathroom, fridge, microwave, It has a private entrance and a private parking spot. This nook is located at the back of my home. It doesn’t connect to tmain house. “The bed takes up a significant portion of the room, so the space between the walkways is reduced. Please note that the area is limited, and we recommend caution when moving around
