The space is small but functional, with a space saving Murphy bed and folding eating table. Enjoy all the normal conveniences of a full kitchen (with dishwasher). The flatscreen wall-mounted Roku tv with Netflix and Youtube are ready to go, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, A/C, and the stylish walk-in shower! PS: The photos tend to make the room look a little larger, it is a small cozy space!

A self-contained private apartment with a kitchenette. Located in town but only a two minute drive to Hwy 11. Parking for one vehicle is literally next to the entrance door. The bedroom has a 4K smart TV that is wall mounted. The queen size bed has a top of the line mattress that provides a firm but comfortable sleeping experience. Living room has a fold out futon that can easily accommodate children or a third adult. A baby crib is also available. High speed internet access is supplied.

There are approximately 20 lakes and rivers within 30 minutes of the house with the closest one being only 5 minutes away. A guide book is offered in the suite that is full of recommendations for fun! Between Gravenhurst, Orillia, Bracebridge and Bala, there is always something exciting going on!
