The Parks Chalet is cute as a button. Located 17 miles west of Flagstaff near the historic functioning railroad that also leads to the Grand Canyon. This is a perfect home base to explore Northern Arizona. It can be awkward renting STVR next to full time neighbors however Parks Chalet Borders the Kaibab National Forest with no neighbors next to you so you will have total privacy. There is train noise and for most people it doesn’t bother them at all as you can see in the reviews.

It is approximately 4 miles northwest of I-40 & Rt 66, making it a quiet location away from the train & freeway noise. Parks has about 1500 residents and is between Flagstaff & Williams. The Grand Canyon is just an hour north of Williams as well. Firewood included for wood stove & outdoor fire pit.
