The house is located in the area called 'Cappero'. The house was originally built in 1900 and was refurbished in 2012. It is a traditional Aeolian style villa. Facing the front yard is a wooden awning supported by Aeolian style pillars called 'pulera'. Our holiday home is on the 2nd floor, It consists of a kitchen / living room with a sofa-bed for one and a half, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, as well as 2 large covered terraces with sea view and it can accommodate 2 to 4 people; The terraces are both equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, there is a barbecue and a sun terrace with sun loungers.
