Typical construction of rural region of the Apulian hills, this tiny farm is surrounded by a fourishing nature with its typical age-old olive and fruit trees. The agricultural tool's depot and animal shelter is now a spacious and comfortable living room with a double bed sofa and a big fireplace. Two trulli have now become cosy bedrooms both with a double bed and a single bed. There are two bathroom with shower. One is located in the house, the other is beside equipped with a washing machine. Behind this bathroom there is a external shower under a big olive tree, very loved to our guests.

In zona Ikea,a 100 metri dalla Stazione Ikea, da cui si raggiunge la Stazione Centrale ed il centro città in 9 minuti,o tutte le note località turistiche in provincia di Bari. A 200 metri dalla tangenziale, da cui si raggiunge in auto facilmente qualsiasi destinazione.

Dal 01/10/2023 a BARI è dovuta tassa di soggiorno di 2€ al giorno per persona,da pagare in struttura La nostra casa a livello strada sorge nel centro storico di Bari a pochi passi da tutti i luoghi di interesse (Basilica di San Nicola,Porto e Castello Svevo) È climatizzato e comprende 1 camera da letto ,soggiorno con divano letto e cucina completamente attrezzata. L'aeroporto dista 9 km. ,la stazione 6. a circa 800mt. Parcheggio a 5euro al giorno.

La villa si colloca in una tranquilla e serena zona di campagna a 15 minuti dal capoluogo pugliese e a 20 minuti dal mare. L'appartamento è al primo piano con scale. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). N.B: La piscina è utilizzabile da Giugno a Settembre. Nella villa è presente una coppia di guardiani e i miei genitori in appartamenti diversi
