Artepalermo is a Bed and Breakfast apartment in the heart of the historic centre of Palermo, on the top floor of an old, renovated house, without elevator and surrounded by lanes, churches, markets, washing, squares and terraces. You will live in the house of an artist and you can visit her studio. Your room is more than 25 square metres, it has a double and a single bed, a sofa, a bureau and a balcony. There is a shared sitting room, a shared dining room, a roof terrace, another atmospheric little terrace and a kitchen where you can also cook. You will have a private bathroom, but it is not in the room itself. The furniture and the style of the apartment are basic with an artistic touch. There is free quick unlimited internet( fibre). As we are really in the heart of the centre you can walk within a few minutes to the food markets, supermarkets, flea markets, shops, restaurants, musea, port and parcs. it is less than 5 minutes walking to the sea! The centrale train station is at 10 minutes walking. In case you arrive by car (but you don't need it in Palermo) : you are not allowed to go into the historic centre without a special pass ( the ZTL), but you can park on the Foro Italico (near Porta Felice is the nearest). If somebody asks you money, give him maximum 1 or 2 euros. We are a Dutch woman, a Tunisian man and a Sicilian dog We speak English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and Arabic.

La stanza con bagno privato si trova all’interno di un elegante appartamento recentemente ristrutturato con ingresso autonomo. All’interno della camera si trova tutto l’occorrente per la prima colazione. La stanza è dotata di tutti i comfort, balcone prospiciente la facciata principale, Wifi, tv led 32 pollici, frigo bar, macchina del caffè con capsule, bollitore elettrico, letto con doghe e materasso e cuscini in memory, ampia doccia. La camera è assolutamente indipendente dal resto dell’appar.

Il b&b è ubicato alle falde di monte pellegrino e a soli 50 metri dalle scogliere dell’Addaura. La splendida spiaggia di Mondello(definita una delle piu' belle spiagge del Mediterraneo),il suo antico borgo marinaro e la riserva naturale di Capogallo sono raggiungibili a piedi. In circa mezz’ora al centro storico di Palermo potrete ammirare i monumenti,patrimonio dell’Unesco,di stile Normanno,Barocco,Liberty ed esplorare i coloratissimi mercati popolari e gustare la squisita cucina siciliana.

Sarete in una posizione centrale, a circa 500 metri dalla Cattedrale e dalla Stazione Centrale. La zona è dotata di tutti i servizi, negozi e mezzi trasporto. L'appartamento è dotato di elettrodomestici, biancheria, televisore, Wifi e tutti i confort. Per soggiorni superiori a 7 notte offriamo il cambio di tutta la biancheria necessaria.

Amazing double room in a four-bedroom apartment located in the historic centre of Palermo, near the main historical and artistic attractions and overlooking the famous touristic port “A’ Cala”. The apartment has been recently renovated to a high standard with contemporary styling and new, modern furnishings. The open space kitchen, dining and living area, is very comfortable and tastefully furnished, equipped with all comforts.

I live in the most lively and popular part of the historical centre of Palermo, exactly at the beginning of the famous Ballartò Market, in a large flat with a fumoir with oriental decorations from the early decades of the 20th century. It is not a B&B, nor a hotel, it is a real house where I live and where I welcome my guests like old friends with whom I share a love for art, travel and the diversity of cultures.

La stanza "La Pigna" è l'unica con un antico affresco sul tetto risalente ai primi anni del '900 e con un piccolo balconcino, tipico del centro storico della città, con affaccio sulla strada principale. Ha un'ampia doccia con cromoterapia e un piccolo angolo con forno a microonde e lo stretto necessario per organizzarsi uno spuntino.
