De villa heeft een eigen toegangsweg met poort. De begane grond heeft een volledig ingerichte keuken en een eetkamertafel voor 8 personen, een woonkamer met open haard en een gastentoilet. Op de begane grond zijn 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer met ligbad. Via een trap naar boven bereik je de andere 2 slaapkamers; ieder met een eigen badkamer met douche en toilet. Iedere slaapkamer heeft een eigen terras met een zitje. Halverwege de week wordt de villa schoongemaakt en het bedlinnen verwisseld.

Pelagoo Residence

Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

Sea front villa with two floors and swimming pool. The Villa is designed by famous architects and is a very modern loft type villa. It has two bedrooms, 1 big fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and a living room with dining table. The villa has amazing sea and mountain view. There is private outdoor space in front the pool with sea view and outdoor furniture. There is a barbeque place in the backyard with tables where you can enjoy the sitting under olive trees.

Villa Dimi consists of two parts (main residence and guest rooms) separated by a large terrace (patio) that forms one unit together with the terrace in front of the villa and the swimming pool. With incredible views of the sea and the mountains and facing west to enjoy every evening an amazing sunset. All rooms have AC units, mosquito nets, electric shutters and the free WIFI signal is amplified by a Mesh system. The beach and the village centre is 5 min walking
