Each bedroom has memory foam queen mattress, 2 couches with full size memory foam pull out and 1 with queen pull out, this place comfortably sleeps 12. Summer reservations from June 29, 2024 through August 24, 2024, are required to be 7 nights, beginning and ending on Saturday.

This ground floor 3 bedroom unit can accommodate up to 7-8 person, offer a private access to the unit. There will be 1 king bed, 1 queen, 1 full size bed and a pull out couch, full bath and a full kitchen (eat in kitchen). The place is about 4 minutes walking distance to the beach, about 6 minute walk to the train station, 8-10 minute to playland palace. A minute to a bus stop and one block to a convenient store.
