Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Forest lodge-style self-contained cabin with one bedroom and open plan living space & kitchen. Set on a quiet country lane in a large garden in the countryside, 7 miles from the picturesque seaside town of Southwold and 1 mile from the charming market town of Halesworth. The Cabin is a timber building constructed from reclaimed and sustainable materials and heated by a cosy log burner. Situated in the heart of Pakefield - Beachcomber cottage is within walking distance of a lovely beach, places to eat and well situated to visit many surrounding places in Suffolk or Norfolk. The downstairs living space is open plan. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms suitable for a 4 person family or a pair of couples and bath/shower room. There is a rear enclosed south facing garden perfect for relaxing. Part of the garage can be used for storing bikes or sports equipment etc during your stay.

Thyme Cottage

Beautifully positioned just a stone’s throw away from the River Waveney, this charming 2 bedroom cottage is idyllically located in the heart of the thriving market town of Beccles, within minutes’ walk to the many independent boutiques and chain shops, an excellent collection of eateries. With the local Lido and easy access to an array of activities the river has to offer such as canoeing, kayaking, river trips and many more, there really is something for everybody.

Private Studio Annex near beach

Studio Annex and bathroom, set back behind our own house accessed via a shared side road. We are just a 10 minute walk from Pakefield beach with various shops, supermarkets and more just across the road. There is private parking available for up to two cars and a private garden with a seating area. We are pet friendly and have 1 travel cot and 1 small pull down camp bed available on request. There is a small £10 fee for pets at the time of booking.
