Cottage garden setting in Lechlade, perfect for relaxing and exploring the Cotswold area. Situated close to centre, River Thames, shops, and restaurants. Ample free street parking .The guest suite has its own entrance hall, double bedroom and modern en-suite bathroom with bath and rain shower. Egyptian cotton bedding, robes, slippers and quality towels. Freeview TV and BT Wi-Fi. Included is a very generous continental breakfast with home-made bread, pastries,preserves and garden produce.

You’ll have a bright king bedroom with private en-suite (shower not a bath) plus a separate sitting room just for you. Access is via a shared hallway within our home. The sitting room includes a table and chairs, perfect for remote working or enjoying breakfast. A simple self-serve breakfast is provided (cereals, toast, tea & coffee). Our bungalow offers a modern, comfortable stay. Ample off-road parking is available on the driveway. Check-in from 4pm/Check-out by 10am. Strictly non-smoking.

In addition to your bedroom and bathroom you can enjoy your own sitting room with large Smart TV and separate breakfast/garden room in this comfortable and cosy Cotswold cottage. ALTHOUGH THE HOST LIVES HERE YOUR PRIVACY IS FULLY RESPECTED. There are several excellent pubs are within easy reach. The village is a haven of peace and quiet but close to the historic towns of Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water and Broadway among others. There are also many beautiful walks from the house.

Peaceful village location with own entrance

The Annex is a delightful, warm, quiet and comfortable dwelling built within the garden of our village home and adjacent to our garage. Towersey is one mile from the market town of Thame, and has an excellent village pub plus access to the Phoenix Trail cycle & footpath. The Annex has its own entrance with parking space, a double bedroom with king sized bed & tv, and sitting room with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plus tv. There is a power shower over the bath.

Quiet & comfortable, with lots of books to browse.

Twin room and single room in modest post-war semi. Parking. Shared shower room. Good choice of local eateries for an evening meal. No cleaning fee. Bike available (6 miles to city centre.) Frequent bus services (see below). Very safe at night. Books. Wifi. Canal walks. Kidlington is a welcoming market 'village' of 18,000 on Oxford's northern edge. Richard Branson was its most famous resident. Four minutes walk from a bus stop to take you to Oxford University or Blenheim Palace.

Aylesbury beautiful annex with own entrance.

A homely and extremely comfortable private annex within walking distance of the centre of Aylesbury. Comprising of a small double bed, suitable for 1 or 2 people, a lounge ,TV, private bathroom with shower and own private entrance. A well equipped kitchenette makes for a great short or long term stay. Whether you would like to walk in the stunning Chiltern Hills or pop up to London there is access to A41,M25 and Aylesbury train station close by with good links to London Marylebone.
