This Slopeside sleep 3 studio condo has a fully equipped kitchen for an easy breakfast before literally strapping ski boots on & walking out to road runner trail. Cute pull out sofa , overstuffed chair , plus a twin bed on kitchen level . Cable tv & WIFI. Outdoor pool , huge hot tub and 2 saunas are open 7 days a week during ski season 11am - 9pm . Also a large common room overlooking the pool with fireplace & games. WOW

Cozy 1 br condo with ski in/out lift access & Pool

This two-floor ideally located condo is on the mountain between Barker and White Cap Lodges. You can ski in/out using Roadrunner trail, which is right across the parking lot. There is plenty of parking and the condo is located in Building 2, which is closest to the common lodge area with a fireplace and pool/hot tub/sauna access. While this is technically a 1 br, there is a wall between the queen room and the full/twin room for privacy, and a queen size murphy cabinet bed in the living room.

This cozy and comfy ski in/ski out condo is in a desirable location and just a short chairlift ride to the base of Sugarloaf Mountain. Ski or mountain bike directly from the condo! Family friendly. The condo is a quiet family space in a great location: we are located 10 minutes to the Settlers Green outlets/ shopping, close to skiing, hiking , Saco River, Conway Lake and much more. Easy access to all the amenities Conway has to offer. Two portable AC units were installed in living room and dining room only . You will receive the code for the lock box on the front door in the morning of your arrival. ***Quiet time is heavily enforced 10:00pm - 8:00am***

You can bring two cars. You can responsibly enjoy an adult beverage in our pool. We have A/C in the summer. This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park.
