Boddington Mill

Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. Plenty of walking in the area, places to visit, shopping in Cheltenham or stay put with a good book, film or glass of wine in the garden. Or just talking to each other! *The Fox and Hounds is still closed due to a fire (note added April 2026)

Cotswolds Cottage, Heated Pool, Tithe Barn Views

A characterful Cotswolds coach house overlooking the National Trust Tithe Barn, with two bedrooms and mature private gardens with a beautiful duck pond and heated pool. The Coach House is set in the grounds of Bredon Manor. Bredon village (two pubs, a shop) a short walk away; Cheltenham, Malvern and the Cotswolds villages a short drive. An easy escape from London that works year-round. Autumn walks, cosy winter retreats, spring gardens and heated pool May to September. Dogs welcome.

The Woodshed

We are located in the countryside but within easy reach of Cheltenham, Stratford-on-Avon, the Cotswolds, the Malverns and Worcester. We are a working farm at the foot of Bredon Hill, just over one mile from the local village which has a great pub. There are many great walks and cycle routes around and we also have a large pond which is great for fishing in or relaxing by. The Woodshed is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children).

Oak Retreat – Shepherd Hut & Hot Tub, Cotswolds

A unique and spacious shepherd's hut on a peaceful and private farm in Eckington in the Cotswolds. The wood-fired Hikki Sweden hot tub is available for guests to use 24/7, with stunning countryside views. We provide several logs and kindling on arrival. Perfect for a weekend getaway for 2 with a comfy double bed, working kitchen, and shower room. The view from the hot tub is of Bredon Hill, and most mornings, you will see the herd of deer pass through the field.

Cosy Garden Studio Eckington

Our Garden Studio has recently been converted. It is light and airy, cosy and warm. Sitting in the garden of a grade 2 listed cottage, it has its own entrance and patio doors leading to secluded alfresco dining area and garden. Eckington is a small friendly village within walking distance of two pubs, corner store, hairdresser, restaurant and a cookery school. We are close to the beautiful circular river Avon walk, and the deer park on Bredon Hill.

A superb self-contained loft apartment in the beautiful Cotswolds. Overlooking the picturesque Bredon Hills and is a mere 5 minute walk from an excellent pub.
