Our free standing stylishly renovated cottage is situated at the back of the property and has it’s own private garden courtyard. Fully equipped modern kitchen, living room, bedroom with skylight, Q-XL bed & en-suite bathroom. The cottage has AC, Wifi, smart TV (Netflix, Prime vid), an alarm and 24 hr patrol vehicle in this beautifull, quiet street of the neighbourhood. We are a young, lively family of 4 and some related sounds might be heard. Easy access to mountain for runs, walks, mtb.

Our private, self-catering flatlet has a modern, sumptuous interior with high ceilings. We provide a cooling fan, heaters, and electric blankets (in winter). The private sliding-door entrance is accessed off the street via a spacious and private patio under a large veranda. There is parking on the premises. The flatlet is only 100 metres from the coastline and paved walkways stretch for more than a kilometre along the stunning clifftop views, where whales can be seen close by in season.

The studio is located a mere 5 min walk to the nearest supermarket/midtown and a 13 min walk to old town with quaint restaurants, shops and cafés.

Guests have a private entrance,patio and barbeque area and shared use of the pool . There is parking on the premises, TV (with netflix ) and Wi-Fi. Laundry can be arranged at a fee. Open the sliding doors, sit back onto the comfy couch, and look out over the garden and swimming pool. My place is close to mountain contour paths, cliff paths, and beaches. You’ll love my place because it is peaceful, comfortable, has a beautiful sea view and is safe.
