The home also has Wi-Fi, streaming television, wall A/C unit, washer, dryer, and a beautiful recently-updated bathroom. Provides for a fun getaway to northeast Michigan for couples or small families!

A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. If your looking for a private oasis this is your place! We are on a private road, few neighbors, full time residents. We hope you appreciate the aesthetics and solitude. This adorable two bedroom, one bath, cabin like guesthouse sits behind the owners house with an attached private one car garage. This house features two private entrances! The house is about 1,000 sq feet, and includes a fenced in backdoor so your pets can enjoy the outdoors in a secured space. There is a deck with a small grill to enjoy your outdoor festivities. Back yard also has a fire pit with wood for those crisp nights of relaxation by a fire.
