Enjoy the whole building rent in a traditional kyoto's machiya! Tsubaki Ann Kyoto, is a newly renovated machiya (traditional style house) built more than 100 years ago. You will experience the traditional life style in Kyoto, but also enjoy the modern facilities such as clean bathrooms and kitchen. It is conveniently located in the city of Kyoto and has a great access to Kinkakuji and Arashiyama. You will receive a warm welcome and full support from friendly staffs who have lived overseas.

If you are coming by train, we will pick you up at the nearest station. The last pick-up time is 7:00 PM. After that, please use the bus. There is a lovely hot spring nearby, or you can walk there. There is a barbecue facility in the garden. Convenient access to Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Koyasan, and Yoshino.

Our house is in the residential area rather than crowded city that has a little distance from the station. Please see the area information if you wonder how to come. This house is only 20years old. My wife lived when she was in junior high school. We had a full renovation for guest house. This region is near schools, daycare compare to the busy and crowded area, it is quiet. There is an arcade that people get their needs.
