Beautifully renovated 1850 Greek revival house. Private apartment is on the second floor with private wide accessible outside stairway. It is a 3-4 room apartment and is perfect for a couple and at most a total of 4 adults. PLEASE NOTE if you are not a couple and do not want to share a bed , you will need to rent the second bedroom at $45 per night per each additional person.The location is perfect in the center of quaint picturesque downtown Wellfleet. Shopping on Main Street in Chatham is 15 minutes. Enjoy a nice, tranquil walk, listen to the birds or feast your eyes on the surrounding conservation land.

The Cape Cod Perch at West Dennis Beach Studio Apt

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just a short walk from three Nantucket Sound beaches. This 300-square-foot studio apartment on the second floor of our home. With a brand new Weber grill, picnic table, and fire pit, there is plenty of outside living. Trotting Park, South Village, and West Dennis Beaches are all walkable. Enjoy food from Sandbar, Swan River Seafood, Chapin's, Cleat & Anchor, & Bandera's Market in the summer. Call off season.

We have a large fenced in yard for your dog to play in and for you to relax in with your dog. National Seashore Escape

There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.

From Mid June through Labor Day, Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. We are nestled in the Cape Cod National Seashore. Secluded Cottage style apartment attached to our home; 0.2 mi from Coast Guard Beach, offers privacy, peacefulness, easy access to beach. 2 upstairs bedrooms each w/double size bed. Private entrance. Outside shower. There are fans downstairs; upstairs there are A/C units in the bedrooms.
