Entire house - in town East Burke

Vacation with all the comforts of home. The house is ideally located in the Village of East Burke. It is an old 1832 farm house that has been restored and added on to. The house comes with a large yard, plenty of parking and a playground across the street for children. It is furnished to be warm and comfortable. The house has a large front to back living room, dining room, large eat-in kitchen, mudroom and washer/dryer. Burke Mountain, the Kingdom Trails and the VAST Trails are all very close.

KT has built the new "Sugar Shack" trail on our property to access Last Call which links to Bottoms Up and empties you right at Mike's Tiki Bar. Proudly one of the almost 70 Kingdom Trails landowners! 3 bedrooms with 4 beds & sleeps 6. (NOTE: NO MORE THAN SIX GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO STAY!) Secure SugarShack out back for all of your gear. Close to restaurants, family activities, nightlife, and the beach. Gorgeous mountainous views, private space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business, families, and furry friends. It's electric car friendly plug on side of house. Fast internet starlink 443 mbps down load and 450 mbps up load. Security camera on the front of house facing the front door and down the driveway. Second security camera is facing the front of house and parking lot.
