On 3 acres with its own peninsula, the home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a floating third level loft fittingly named the Eagles Nest, unlike anything you've seen. Hop in the hot tub & sauna and take in the sounds of the river or cozy up by the fire listening to the vinyl record player.

Located 20 minutes from Mackinaw City and adjacent to trail number 7 with amazing scenery and many opportunities to eat and drink on and off the trail. Cook in the well-appointed kitchen. A public beach on Mullett AND the North Central State Trail are 1/2 a block away so bring your bike, X-country skis, snowmobile! In the middle of the tip of the mitten it's just minutes from Indian River, Cheboygan and Mackinaw City. Kayak the Sturgeon, hop on a ferry to Mackinac Island or put in your boat to explore the lakes! King-size bed and in-unit laundry.

Mullett lake country club 250 feet away. Close to the bike/walking/snowmobile trail.
