Apt for four in pretty little house

Our house has two separate modern apartments, each with two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom and good sea view. It´s apartment on the 1st floor A2+2 with 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom and balcony with excellent sea view. One bedroom has double bed and another has 2 separate beds. Apartment is good equipped, TV, SAT, Wi-Fi internet, air-condition, microwave, coffee maker, towels, bed sheets. In the garden there is barbecue and table with chairs in the shadow of the big tree. In the back of the house is parking place for 2 cars. Our house is only 120 m from the sea. Restaurants and shops are 500 m from the house, public transit 100 m, doctor and pharmacy 3 km, Zadar 10 km, Zadar airport 20 km.

All leisure activities, beaches, caffe bars, restaurants, shopping possibilities, petrol station, taxi, public transports, as well as the sights can be reached on short ways, so you can also spontaneously make your plans. Apartment is located in small village Poljana on island Ugljan. Ferry rides 20min from Zadar old town or Gaženica port to Preko. From apt. to the beach, shop and beach bar is 5 min walk. Our house is in quiete place where you can relax.There is a large garden with lots of free extra facilities such as a barbecue area,deck chairs, swimming pool (shared with guests from our other apt.), billiard, table tennis, sand boxes. We have big parking under the house just for our guests.

Sea & Stone Studio Marija-first floor-150m beach

Apartments Marija are located in in a very peaceful area of old Diklo, in a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the promenade and the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing, our guests can find a shop, a bar, a restaurant and a bus station just few minutes walk away. One of the first things our visitors notice about the beautiful old stone facade as well as the stone details inside the apartments.

Ovaj zeleni dragulj usred kristalno čistog mora je tek 3 nautičke milje udaljen od Zadra (oko 5 km) i u neposrednoj je blizini otoka Ugljana. Borovi, čempresi, masline i svo mirisno mediteransko raslinje daju mu pravi ugođaj mjesta za odmor, a sva njegova vrijednost i ljepota okrunjena su titulom zaštićenog parka prirode - park šume.

This is newly refurnished one bedroom apartment, located in an old stone house, with partial sea view, surface 40m2, surface of terrace 25m2, tv, kitchen (with oven), washing machine, air condition, one large bed, one sofa bed, separate entrance and outdoor table with umbrella.
