Apartman se nalazi u obnovljenoj tradicionalnoj kući samo nekoliko koraka od mora (5m) i oko 100-150 m od centra grada gdje ćete pronaći trgovine, restorane, ljekarne i još mnogo toga. Gostima je na raspolaganju cijeli prekrasan apartman s dvije spavaće sobe, potpuno opremljenim dnevnim boravkom i dijelom terase. Terasa je privatna za goste naše kuće koja sadrži još jedan apartman za dvije osobe. Na terasi se nalazi vez za brod. Svi troškovi su uključeni u cijenu, posteljina, ručnici, klima itd.

Apartman je novi , sadrži sve ono što bi trebalo čekati drage nam goste , klima ,wi-fi,tv, cijeli pribor za kuhanje i pripremanje jela te za objed . Gostima na raspolaganju stoji i balkon , konoba sa roštiljem gdje se mogu poslužiti te spremati po dogovoru svoja jela te veliki bazen koji se nalazi ispred konobe.

The modernly equipped cottage is located in a quiet part of Pakoštane and offers direct views of the lake and the surrounding hills. It is only 150 meters from the shore, to which you can walk along a private path and enjoy the pure peace and sounds of nature. Although in a complete oasis, the town center, the sea and the beaches are only 1 km away. An ideal location for exploring areas.

Come on and relax in our peaceful house with your familly and friends. Everything you need is right there. The house is also ecofriendly with solar panels for electricity and rain water for washing purposes. We also offer to our guests very nice trips to the NP Kornati in a private boat with a skipper so you can enjoy every little thing that our town has to offer. The road to the house is little rough if you don't mind that. Hope you like my little house and enjoy your stay.

Objekt se nalazi tik uz obalu u prekrasnoj tirkiznoj i dinamičnoj uvali Kosirina. Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev. Terasa je natkrivena i gosti na korištenje imaju 2 ležaljke, 2 ljuljačke,sup(daska za veslanje), roštilj, solarni vanjski tuš...
