A 5-minute drive from our home, you'll find Vrana lake, popular for mountain biking, walking, running, and relaxing. Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu kuće pored mora, u ribarskom mjestu Tkonu, na otoku Pašmanu. S kopnom je povezan trajektnim linijama koje vam omogućuju posjet obližnjim nacionalnim parkovima. Tkon ima tržnicu, trgovine, market Tommy, kafiće, restorane, igrališta za djecu, liječnika i ljekarnu. Na plaži nema gužve, a za još ugodniji boravak na plaži, na raspolaganju su vam i ležaljke, prostirke za ležaljke i ručnici za plažu. Ispred kuće, u moru možete privezati i manji brod.

Our nice studio apartment with balcony is located in a two minutes walking distance from a nice beach, right near the yacht harbour and a short walk to the old town. The studio apartment consist of a bedroom (studio), a bathroom, a small closet kitchen and a terrace. There is also a nice sun protected sitting area in the garden, between a fig tree, plants and other small trees you are free to use. Our accommodation is good for couples, solo travellers and small families.

The beach is only 3 min. walk, it is very long, it's not crowded and has enough shade from the pine trees. ★★★ No smoking allowed, also no parties and no pets please. No loud music please.

House is situated on the island of Murter in an quite place - there is only one other house 50 meters from the house Magda, it is also for rent. With macadam road it is reachable with a car and there is a private parking place next to the house.
