Η «Αμφιτρίτη», είναι μία παραδοσιακή πέτρινη αναπαλαιωμένη κατοικία, που βρίσκεται στο μώλο του Νέου Οιτύλου Λακωνίας. Απέχει μόλις 200μ από την παραλία και τα μαγαζιά του χωριού. Απολαύστε το ηλιοβασίλεμα ακριβώς μπροστά από τη θάλασσα. Amphitrite is a traditional stonehouse home, which is located in front of the small port of Neo Oitilo Lakonia. Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Όμορφο και άνετο σπίτι με ξύλο και πέτρα που σας ταξιδέυει στην τοπική παράδοση. Διαθέτει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες με ξύλινο πάτωμα που κοιμίζουν 3 και 4 άτομα αντίστοιχα . Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.
