wonderful sea views great apartment

An excellent apartment with a privileged view over the beach and ocean. A recent modern construction with quality. A large pool and terrace also overlooking the sea. The apartment has one bedroom with plenty of storage, air-conditioning in bedroom and lounge. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. Are available bedding and bath towels. A fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and equipment for 6 people. The living room is large and has 2 sofas for when one is being used as bed allowing the comfort of those who prefer to see tv. The balcony is large and reserved that allows it to be used as a dining room and lounge area. The apartment complex is just 100 meters from the beach. Accessible by walk there are a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and transports. It has garage (car parking) included.

Nice apartment well located, with one bedroom, it has a big terrace with sea views in the 3rd and last floor of the building. The residence has a private parking, a swimming-pool and a tennis court. The kitchen is fully equipped, with modern electrodomestic equipment. WIFI, international TV channels and air conditionning. Bed linen and towels are provided. Between beginning April and end of October, the touristic tax will have to be paid before check-in (2€/person per day for a max. of 7 days)
