Sit on our south deck and sun or meditate with the sound of Surface Creek just a few feet away. Finish it all off with a walk on beautiful Surface Creek Trail.

The apartment is part of a 90 acre fruit and veggie farm in beautiful Hotchkiss. There are two bedrooms, an open living/dining space, and a bathroom with a shower. The views of the mountains are outstanding from the large windows, and we are conveniently located on Highway 92. A creek runs along the east, and the space is quiet. Lots of space to take walks and see farm life in action! Aspen and Telluride are both about 2 hours by car. The north rim of the Black Canyon is 50 minutes away.

Cozy Basement in Heart of Paonia

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy basement. Two blocks to Grand Ave where you'll have everything a rural town has to offer at your fingertips. One bedroom with a king-sized bed. Couch in living room has a hideaway queen-sized bed. Kitchenette has small appliances and induction cooktops but no stove. I live upstairs with two children who are home half of the week. I will make sure they are respectful and conscientious but there may be noise.

High Mesa Apartment

Adorable 750 sf Apartment located in downtown Montrose with private driveway and private entrance. Walk to breweries, restaurants and coffee shops within two blocks. Farmers Market every Saturday a block away, Montrose Hospital is walking distance and four blocks away from Mesa State University. Stocked kitchen, bedding and towels. Newer furniture. Range (stovetop and oven), dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, and dryer within the unit. 1 mile from hospital and 1/2 mile from down town. No animals allowed.

This cute apartment is centrally located in the heart of Austin, Co. Only 45 minutes from Black Canyon National Park and 30 minutes from Grand Mesa National Park. Located near The Yarrow Taproom where you just walk around the corner to grab a beer and snack. The Gunnison river is also a very short drive if you are looking for gold medal waters to trout fish or raft.

This adorable upstairs apartment is incredibly bright, located in the center of town. It overlooks the rooftops of Paonia and has two gorgeous decks, and a private shared yard. This apartment is amazing for travel workers including nurses, or folks needing a month or more accommodations. We have two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and one with a twin bed.
