Situated in the grounds of the owner’s working farm, who are on hand to offer advice on the local area, the cottages are in an excellent central location on the Tipperary/Offaly border, almost equidistant from the picturesque town of Birr, 7½km, and one of the oldest towns in Ireland, Roscrea, 6km, and a 2km drive from Gloster house and wedding venue.

Relax in the beautiful, peaceful, countryside in a private residence of a renovated detached cottage on the grounds of our family home. This cottage was previously an old milking Parlour, which is situated beside a house and a farm that dates back to the 1800s.Enjoy tranquil walks and our friendly farm animals. Our location is central between Dublin and Galway. Our local amenities include Tullamore DEW and Kilbeggan Distilleries, Lough Boora, Dun Na Sí, Birr Castle, the hill of Uisneach.

Located 5 minutes from heritage town Abbeyleix in co. Laois is Villa Jokubas a log cabin village set on a hill overlooking surrounding countryside. All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Be treated with all modern luxuries inside and outside, enjoy expansive yard, covered patio areas with private modern hot tubs, "Kamado" BBQ grills, fully stocked bar with taps of our home brewed IPA beer.
