Welcome to our guest house dating back to the 19th century, located in Låstad between Skövde and Mariestad. Experience scenic views with evening sun until the sun sets on the horizon. There are plenty of activities within reach. Child-friendly swimming in the lake Vristulven 4 km away, 25 min to Skara Sommarland, 30 min to Sjötorp Göta kanal, 15 min to Mariestad harbor and lake Vänern. 20-30 min to the mountains Billingen and Kinnnekulle, 20 min to the monastery church built 1150 in Varnhem.

Scenic and private living on the countryside

This secluded and Swedish cottage from 1901 is beautifully situated in the middle of traditional Swedish landscape. The house is located in the shade of a forest glade, has a big yard and the nearest neighbors live 200 meters away. It has a double bed for 2 adults and beds for 1 child. The kitchen was renovated in 2023 and the bathroom in 2024. There are nice walks adjoint to the house, and by bike or car you can reach the bird lake Östen, Askeberga ancient monument and beautiful Valle härad.

Välkommen till en mysig nybyggd gäststuga. Den står på en tomt med fin utsikt över åkrar och närhet till skogen. Här finns tillgång till en stor trädgård med utemöbler, grill Studsmatta, lekstuga och grillplats i skogen om man vill. Här finns ett jättefint badrum med dusch och toalett. Det finns ett trinettkök med möjlighet till matlagning, kyl med frysfack, spis och matplats för 4-5 personer. Det lilla sovrummet har en bred enkelsäng och en loftsäng med stege. Nybyggt hus med sjöutsikt

Komfortabelt semesterboende med det lilla extra. Nära badplats, vacker natur, golfbana, Skövde och Skara Sommarland. Husets planlösning är öppen och luftig. Det moderna köket och det inbjudande vardagsrummet är belägna i husets öppna del med en enastående takhöjd. På bottenplan finns därtill ett sovrum med dubbelsäng (140 cm bred) och en toalett med dusch. Med en trappstege tar man sig upp till det mysiga sovloftet som är utrustat med två intilliggande 90cm sängar. Hjärtligt välkomna.

Unikt läge med vidsträckt sjöutsikt över Vänern med egen strand & klippor. I anslutning till huset ligger en stenbrygga som man kan bada & fiska ifrån. Totalt 6 bäddar med möjlighet till ytterligare 2. Stor altan med matbord, solstolar & loungeset. Huset är några min promenad till Svalnäsbadet, svamp & bärskogar & Hindens Rev. Ta gärna en kort utflykt till Läckö slott, Spikens fiskeläge, spela golf eller njut av Kinnekulle. Det finns något för alla oavsett vår, sommar, vinter som höst.

Lantligt stort hus på gård perfekt för den stora familjen eller semester med vänner. 8 vuxensängar plus en juniorsäng, max 12 år. Nyrenoverat badrum med tvätt och tumlare, övrigt i 70-talsstil framförallt på övervåningen. Fullt utrustat kök med mikro, spis/ugn, diskmaskin, kyl o frys. Två Tv-rum, WiFi o chromecast. Stor trädgård som delas med oss. Inglasat uterum, trädgårdsmöbler och grillmöjlighet. Vi bor alldeles intill. Sänglinne ingår inte, ta med själv. Vi har några hönor o tupp.

Här råder stillheten och lugnet, i omgivningar som hämtade ur en Astrid Lindgren-saga. Du bor närmsta granne med åkrar, skog och hagar, vid foten av Kinnekulle. Torpet ligger i direkt anslutning till Vänerleden och 1,5 km bort ansluter Biosfärleden. Närhet till kinnekulles vandringsleder, mountainbike tracks och kulturella sevärdheter. Både Skara Sommarland och Läckö slott ligger inom några mils avstånd.

Äppelgården Holiday Home

Äppelgården Holiday Home is a small cosy house, situated between the outside of the small village Ullervad and a forest. The river Tidan flows at 200mtr. from the house. The house is suitable for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The house is available only on a weekly basis. Mariestad area offers a lot of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, canoeing and interesting places to visit.
