This fully loaded home in the Arlington part of Jacksonville is 18 miles from the JAX Airport, 8 minutes from Downtown, TIAA Stadium (Jaguar Stadium) and the VyStar Arena. 11 miles from Atlantic Beach, 14 miles from Mayo Clinic, I-295, UNF & JU are also a short drive away. Great little house on the park; peaceful, gorgeous view of the park and downtown Jacksonville skyline. The house is divided into two separate living spaces. I live in the back portion of the house. NO SMOKING. Not 420 friendly Because the house is divided in two, you might hear our puppy bark sometimes.
