Cozy cottage in Arroyo Grande. We live on five acres and have several farm animals, including two dairy cows, pigs, chickens and geese. Our cottage stands alone and is independent of the main house. The bedroom/living area has a double bed. The kitchen offers the ability to bake, fry, and microwave. Come enjoy farm life! We are about seven miles from the beach. Beautiful private studio close to the dunes. There are two full sized built in bunks, along with a couch. The half kitchen has a sink, counter, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric kettle, and filtered water. The bathroom has a tiled shower (no tub) and full sized vanity with full length mirror. There is free great WiFi, and free basic Hulu streaming. Propane BBQ available upon request.
