Ocean City is filled with quaint coffee shops, boutiques, & beautiful beaches. The beach & boardwalk are steps from the unit. Also, right around the corner is OC Surf Cafe, Ocean City Coffee Company, Wonderland Pier, & the Waterpark. Comfortable space for a family of four or a couple looking for a weekend getaway! Live up in the trees in our sunny little haven. Our cottage offers a quiet retreat-like oasis in the midst of a bustling seaside resort. Though "cottage" by definition, this is actually a duplex and this listing is for the spacious second floor. We are centrally located and just about everything you need is within a 5 block radius so you can park for free on street and get around easily without moving the car .
