This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips or just a couple looking to get away. A block from downtown Martin's shops, restaurants, public library, walking trails, splash pad, farmers market, and minutes away from UTM. This home features outside seating areas as well as covered patio. This home has a spacious living room with gas log fireplace and game table area. A spacious kitchen with modern appliances , with coffee maker. The back entrance has a foyer with built in desk.

The Dragonfly - Sleeps up to 8, Lake views.

The Dragonfly House is located between Hwy 22 and Lake Drive. The back yard views of the sunset are spectacular! 3 minute walk to the lake. Newly renovated. This home has a large yard with private drive. Plenty of space for several trucks with boats. I have a picnic table, grill and fire pit for you. Added a Fish cleaning station! The Hut II on Reelfoot Lake

The Hut II is a clean 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house with a full kitchen. Located right across from Reelfoot lake where you can sit on the porch and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. Sleeping arrangements offer bedroom 1 with a full and twin bed, bedroom 2 with 2 twin beds and bedroom 3 with 2 twin beds. The Hut II offers parking in the front or a carport for parking in the back. So you can enjoy the comforts of home while enjoying a vacation at the lake or a fishing/hunting trip.

The Refuge at Reelfoot Lake

Come enjoy the beauty of Reelfoot Lake. Located on the south end of the lake and near several boat ramps, public fishing piers restaurants and parks. Reelfoot Lake offers fantastic fishing, hunting, bald eagle viewing and many other outdoor activities. The Discovery Park, which is part of the Smithsonian Institute, is located only 20 minutes away in Union City TN. There are several hunting and fishing and boat riding guides available if you don’t bring your boat.

Relax and enjoy your stay in Martin. We feature a 3 bedroom 1 bath home with a nice yard and fenced in back yard. We are centrally located to UTM, approximately 2 miles away. This is a quiet neighborhood on a serene side street. We accept pets with the additional pet fee. We also allow early check in and late check outs when available.
