"Mittagblick" is 75 m² and suitable for 1-5 people. It offers high, bright rooms, cozy corners and a covered southwest-facing balcony with unobstructed mountain views. One room with an open foot double bed and space for a baby crib, one room with 2 single beds, separate fully equipped kitchen, living area with corner bench, sofa bed and TV. You can enjoy your barbecue in the large garden. Playground equipment, parking spaces, W-Lan and, if required, baby equipment are available free of charge.

Jedes Apartment verfügt ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenen Badezimmer, großzügiger Küchenzeile, Wohnecke und Balkon mit Bergblick. Somit haben wir Platz für 14 Personen.Genießen sie im Sommer tolle Ausflüge und Attraktionen mit der Ötztal Inside Summer Card, diese ist im Preis inbegriffen und ist ab dem 2. Urlaubstag gültig.

Doppelzimmer

The Private Room Kippenhausen is located in the Immenstaad-Kippenhausen district, about 1.5 km from the lake. In Kippenhausen, you will find a restaurant, a snack bar, and several fruit stands and farm shops. The double room is offered without breakfast, and breakfast cannot be booked additionally. The spacious, bright guest room is suitable for 1–2 people. It features a private bathroom with shower and WC, TV, and a parking space directly in front of the house.

Located in Berg-Weiler, the Room Zimmer 4 has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 26 m² property consists of a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a washing machine as well as a dryer. This vacation rental includes a shared kitchen for guests to use during their stay. Public transport links are located within walking distance.

Luxury Chalet Rubrum - Haus Gertrud

Chalet Rubrum is spread over 2 floors and offers space for up to 6 people on 109m². A fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor. The romantic fireplace or the two balconies make connoisseurs' hearts beat faster. The three bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with a divisible box spring double bed and each has its own bathroom. After an eventful day, the sauna, which is shared with the Viridi Chalet, is designed to provide relaxation.

The apartment is equipped with SAT-TV, free W-Lan and safe. In the bathroom you will find cosmetics, hand and shower towels, towel warmer, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer.

Room 3 with stepless interior is located in Reichenau and is perfect for an unforgettable vacation with your loved ones. The 25 m² accommodation consists of a bedroom and a bathroom and therefore offers space for 3 people. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, a TV and a fan. Please note that the room does not have its own kitchen. However, there is a separate, spacious communal kitchen next to the breakfast room.

Studio+Berghüttenflair - S´Gmiatli #1 Schollberg

S'Gmiatli means the cozy one, newly renovated in 2015, a cozy little mountain hut, south facing , approx. 25 m² The studio is equipped with a living/sleeping room with kitchen (coffee machine, water kettle, dishwasher, microwave), shower and toilet in an extra room, small balcony, wooden bed and floor, HD - Flatscreen-TV, radio and hairdryer. Have a look out of the window and watch people skiing

All our double rooms face south and have a balcony or terrace. They are stylishly furnished in Black Forest style with plenty of local wood. All rooms are equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
