Less than 10-minute drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs and 20-minute walk to front beach (Tyrone Foreshore) or back beaches of Rye (Number 16 Beach).

The kitchen is a cook’s delight with good quality appliances & equipment. The area is ideal for cycling, gravel or mountain.

Keep everyone entertained with pool table, adjustable 54’ basketball hoop, table tennis, trampoline, toys & games + Outdoor Cinema whilst you enjoy your complimentary drink overlooking our gorgeous Olive Tree Garden. Our sweet caravan Picolina will charm adults and kids alike. You are welcome to play and hang out in our 1970’s bondwood van.
