Located just a 5-minute walk from Mapperley, with it's wide-range of cafes, bars, restaurants and real-ale pubs, this delightful self-contained and completely private annex is the perfect getaway for visitors to Nottingham. Situated in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, there are shops, supermarkets, takeaways, chemists and launderettes within walking distance. Bus services run into the city centre every few minutes. A five-minute drive takes you to the beautiful countryside of Nottinghamshire.

The Outhouse - Ground Floor Studio (Entire place)

The 'Outhouse' is a ground floor self contained studio which has been lovingly renovated and opened to our first guests in December 2019. Just a 2-3 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops. The studio is divided into a shower room, kitchen with the living area and bedroom in one open plan space. The Outhouse sleeps 2 people in a double bed, with the benefit of air-con during the hot summer months.

Quiet & Private • 2 En-suite Bedrooms

Hounds Gate Court is a two-bedroom, ground floor apartment set back from one of Nottingham city centre's quieter streets within a gated development. This provides added security and privacy, with less street noise. Sleeping up to four guests, it offers the rare advantage of two en-suite bedrooms, making it well suited to couples, families, friends and business travellers. Nottingham Castle, Old Market Square, the Theatre Royal, restaurants and the train station are within easy walking distance.

The Red Door Flat

This studio flat is in the same building like our other listing. Totally separated from main house with a modern kitchenette, a comfy double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Ideal for an individual or for a couple to have a nice short stay. It has a smart TV, wi-fi, central heating, micro,fridge, toaster and kettle. Has not got oven, hob, freezer, washer and dishwasher. Unfortunately not suitable for babies or children to stay. There is a roundabout almost in front.

No 56 is a self contained studio apartment located on Church street in the heart of the historical Minster town of Southwell, Nottinghamshire. A stones throw away from the beautiful Minster church, you can even see the tops of the famous spires (Pepper pots) from the front door of the apartment. You can walk to the the centre of Southwell town centre in less than five minutes, where you can enjoy the town’s amenities making No 56 an ideal location for anyone wanting to stay centrally.

The Conkers Country Cottage Self Catering Retreat

The Conkers is in the picturesque Hamlet of Moorwood Moor on of the edge of the Peak District. There are many walks from the door and 150 yards along the lane is The White Hart Inn where you will experience good food or just enjoy a well-deserved glass of wine. The Conkers delightful garden and orchard area provides a lovely spot for a relaxing drink, or perhaps some alfresco dining after a busy day exploring. There is ample off road secure parking behind automated gates.
