This is a remodeled cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit in a duplex. Located in Downtown Bothell, you will be a short walk away from the numerous restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops. The University of Washington Bothell and Cascadia College campuses are just a 10 minute walk, as is the Sammamish River/Burke-Gilman Trail. A 10 minute car ride puts you in the middle of Woodinville Wine Country; Lynnwood and Bellevue are at 20 minutes, and Downtown Seattle is a half-hour away.

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.

Private Suite Retreat

This large, completely private suite is the full lower level of our house, with it's own separate entrance. Enjoy the private bedroom with king-sized bed and full bathroom with shower. The very large living space has a pull-out full-sized sofa bed and we can provide air beds on request (i.e. for children). There's a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge for your convenience. Hot tub in shared backyard available with advance request at no extra charge!
