SOMA (short for South of Market St) is top of the list for where to stay in San Francisco for the first time. SOMA 9 Residences is located in the Heart of SF SOMA District, were you'll find everything from shopping to fine dining, plus landmarks such as Yerba Buena, Moscone convention center, SF MOMA, and steps away to Giants Ballpark. The proximity to Market St. makes SOMA one of the most accessible areas of the city. There's buses and rail lines (called BART) on just about every block.

“The Studio” is our smallest room and is located in our main building. This works well for the single traveler or couple looking for a petite style room. A mini fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee pot provide a few extras for your stay. With a private bed and bath, it’s a cozy room to rest after your mountain adventures. Sleeps up to 2 people. * PLEASE NOTE: this Studio is PET-FREE - sorry, NO pets/dogs allowed, and does NOT have a kitchen (no stove/oven).

Courtyard Stay – Kitchen, 2 Beds, Dogs Welcome!

This courtyard room has two full size beds and kitchen. Its entrance is in the back of our quiet flower filled courtyard. This is a small family run Motel in the Marina district, close to Cow Hollow and Pacific Heights. (Sleeps 2-4 people max). No rollaway beds can be added to this room due to size limitations. This is a dog friendly room. (with an extra charge of $25 per dog, per night) Sorry, no cats are permitted.
