Our cozy yurt is located within minutes of amazing, hiking, biking, skiing, breweries and much more! Relax around the fire while listening to our resident owls or stare up at the stars through the dome. We're centrally located to some of the best hiking and swimming skiing in Central Vermont. Mt Abe and Bartlett's Falls are the closest options. We're also close to civilization with several towns close by to explore for food, drink, art, and shopping. Or travel a bit further to Burlington..

Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Howling Wolf Farm Yurt--A Magical Glamping Retreat

Our 88-acre farm spreads up a steep hillside above the village of Randolph, one mile away. The land is a mixture of open areas where we rotate our sheep flock daily, and wooded land with trails and old stone walls. You might hear the occasional car or truck on a nearby road, but more likely you'll hear our sheep baaing to one another or the cows across the valley trumpeting, or the abundance of birdsong. The energy here is calming and peaceful--we know you will love it as much as we do.

Yurt - Life in the Round - Saugerties, NY

The 30’ yurt on the southeast edge of the Catskills, has served as an art studio, retaining a calm feeling of relaxation and creative energy. The circular space is simple and comfortable. Large windows and private deck look out onto a gentle incline leading to a scenic pond. You may be awakened by songbirds, the sighting of a heron, hummingbird, or deer. The sounds of peepers or gulping frogs and general sounds of nature at night begin as the sun sets over the mountain. Enjoy!

Bluebell is one of the two luxurious yurts we offer on our 100 acre organic farm. SNOW SWEET, A Yurt for All Seasons

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

The Yurt In The Woods is 30 ft in diameter - 700 spacious sq. ft. It's surrounded by trees and has a yard. 2 night stays required for Weekends. The month of October I require a two night stay. There is a "one" night stay fee of $50 Allowed 2 dogs with the agreement to my animal policy & $50 fee WiFi 1,000 megabits per second a fiber network AC, Outdoor Gas Grill , Outdoor Fire Circle, and Outdoor Shower available June - October
