Characterful Farm Cottage off the beaten track

Tyddyn Morgan is a historic cottage nestling on the edge of the woods in the quiet of the hills. A cosy lounge has a wood burner in the inglenook fireplace for those chilly nights. A well equipped kitchen with dining table. The two bedrooms with a double in the master and bunks in the second makes this a cosy cottage for two or the family. Explore country lanes from the doorstep or we are only a mile from the sea and a welcoming base to explore North Wales from or just stay in and relax.

By car Wrexham is just 5 minutes away, Chester 25 minutes and if you fancy a day in Liverpool, it’s only an hour away.

This turf covered cabin is a blend of Viking longhouse and underground hobbit hideaway. It's in a beautiful spot in our orchard between the mountains and the sea on our small permaculture farm. Experience camping fire cooking, and clear starlit skies, whilst having a comfy bed, a kitchen, hot water, shower compost toilet and a wood burning stove to cosy round if it gets cold. All on our sustainable ecological farm which has lakes, woodlands and animals to find and explore.

A romantic historic tower for 2

The Summerhouse Tower is a very special holiday-home-for-two set within the rolling Shropshire countryside. A Grade II listed tower, this unique, romantic retreat enjoys excellent views to the east, and views of the Shropshire Hills to the south and the west. The Tower, built circa 1607, was originally used as a banqueting house for entertaining dinner guests. Whilst the main house was destroyed by a fire, The Summer House is available for cosy stays throughout the year.

Set on the peaceful banks of the River Dee, just a gentle two-minute walk to Llangollen Bridge and the heart of town, our luxury riverside yurt offers warmth, comfort and calm. Nestled within a private one-acre riverside garden with fishing rights, fire pit, BBQ and quiet seating areas. Dog and child friendly, with a fairy garden, treehouse and trampoline. Hand-built treehouse (rustic!) in a beautiful, peaceful setting right on Offa's Dyke, a popular walk on the England/ Wales border. Sleeps 4 with a double bed and a comfy futon in the same room. Amazing waterfall 1/2 hour Lovely sunsets. Gas bbq and a gas hob. Solar power for phone charging etc. Basic compost toilet. Rustic shower. (no towels) Please bring your own drinking water, towels and firewood. Think of it as glorified camping....
