The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and a Keurig coffee machine with several options for you to choose from. Full use of the home, fenced in back yard and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Bird watching, walking trails, privacy, sunrises & sunsets are just a few things to enjoy. Picnic or enjoy the fire pit. You will see wildlife such as many species of birds, rabbits, woodpeckers, hawks, owls, deer, turkeys, free range ducks, thus we do not allow any hunting. Pony Express Station Cottonwood

Make you memories a part of history! Maybe haunted (not sure). This house was built before 1860 as a telegraph station, traveling on this route Frank Root found this and it became a Pony Express Station for some riders. My late husband and I made this our home, until 2020.
