Characteristic Summerhouse with a big private backyard that has a terrace, BBQ, a hammock and of course a ping-pong table with BIKES & FISHING ROD included in the rent. Located only a couple of minutes walk from a small sandy beach in the pristine Kemijoki, the biggest river of Finland. A perfect relaxation base where you can let the Midnight Sun sink in. I have had the house for rent during winter for many seasons, you can find & check the reviews on my profile (one with igloo as cover)!

You can watch sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee. Lots of space for even bigger group with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 300 square meters. There is extra space in the basement for playing including gym equipment. Kids can use sledges and feel the snowy winter in the yard. You have everything you need like towels, bedding, sledges..

This cottage is next to beautiful shallow, sandy beach and amazing sea view, close to nature and walking routes and walking distance from local restaurants services and sights. Cottage is small (38m2) but well designed and equipped (dishwasher, washing machine), decorated by Scandinavian style and also offers sauna experience. Great place for couples or families with children. Guest is expected to bring bedsheets, towels and toilet paper and to do proper final cleaning.
